This page describes the child safety standards that apply to Drinkhub and its community features.
1. Age Requirement
Drinkhub is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The app is not designed for children.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Drinkhub has a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Any inappropriate, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content is strictly forbidden and will be removed.
3. Reporting in the App
Drinkhub includes community and social features. Users can report other users as well as text and other content directly within the app.
4. Automatic Safety Measures
If a user or piece of content receives multiple reports within a short period of time, automatic safety measures may be triggered, including temporary restrictions or content removal.
5. Manual Review
In addition to automated measures, all reports are reviewed by an admin. Appropriate actions are taken, including content removal or account restrictions where necessary.
6. Legal Compliance and Cooperation
Drinkhub complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.
